  • Kwality Foods operates under the ownership of Vishal Yadav.
  • These terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors of our website and services.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Products and Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. However, orders already placed will honor the price at the time of purchase.
  • Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

Order Placement and Acceptance

  • Orders can be placed through our website, phone, or email.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
  • Order confirmation will be sent via email/SMS once payment is verified.

Payment

  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery (where available).
  • All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
  • For COD orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

Delivery

  • We deliver to Noida, Greater Noida, and select NCR locations.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
  • Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at checkout.

Cancellation and Returns

Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at 8882810727 or

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.

Returns and Refunds:

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Approved returns will be eligible for replacement or full refund as per our discretion.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Limitation of Liability

  • Kwality Foods strives to provide accurate product information but does not guarantee that descriptions, images, or content are error-free.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

Privacy

  • Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.

Force Majeure

  • Kwality Foods is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
